When Dr. Kenston J. Griffin decided to establish Dream Builders Communication, Inc. (DBC), he had a vision fueled by purpose and passion. He dreamed of creating a company dedicated to providing a unique, transformative, and collaborative professional development experience that would empower organizations and individuals to thrive. However, Dr. Griffin also recognized that bringing this dream to life required a strong team and a shared commitment. In 2000, he officially founded Dream Builders Communication, Inc., laying the foundation for a company built on innovation, expertise, and meaningful impact.
